Delivery of Orders Monday - Friday

 

​- Should you miss placing a order for the same day due to our cut off times. Please call the store and we will try and accommodate you where we can.
- Orders must be received before 12:00pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.

- Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

- All out of town deliveries are not collected by courier until 1pm, after the cut-off for the day applies.

- If you wish for a delivery to be made by a certain time or if your order is for a special occasion like a funeral please contact the store directly and the team will do there best. We do, in most cases however need 24hrs notice.

- We deliver to lots of out of town locations and this can take a great deal of time. We therefore guarantee delivery by 5pm.

- Unless specified otherwise our courier will leave your delivery in a safe spot if no one is home. If a safe spot isn't available or the weather isn't ideal, to hot or windy, the flowers will be brought back to the store and a calling card will be left in the mail box.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer same day delivery or deliver to some locations due to their remoteness. Some deliveries may be delivered by a third party, or required to be collected from the nearest post office or general store, if this is the case the SENDER & RECIPIENT will be notified.
PLEASE NOTE ALL DELIVERIES TO LOCH SPORT & GOLDEN BEACH WILL HAVE TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE NEAREST POST OFFICE.

- We do not deliver to PO BOX or LOCKED BAG addresses.

- A delivery fee is added to each order, for each address.

Delivery of Orders Saturday

- Orders must be received before 9:00am in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.

- Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.

- Some out of town locations may be unavailable on a Saturday.

 

These cut off times do not apply to busy floral events including but not limited to, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. Please check with us for the order cut off times for these days.

Orders Sunday and Public Holidays

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays. 

We are open Mother's Day and deliver on Sunday in Sale only. All out of town deliveries for Mother's Day will be made on the Saturday.


Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your order due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colours of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
